Quality Promise

Jewelry quality is the highest priority at Guy & Eva.

We work very closely with all our manufacturers to make certain our high standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Many Guy & Eva pieces consist of natural materials, and while adding an incredible element to the jewelry, slight variations in color and/or shape may occur per piece. Our jewelry is most often plated with precious metals such as 18K gold and rhodium (part of the platinum family).

 
45 Day Return/Exchange Policy

Guy & Eva customers have 45 calendar days from the date of order to return any unworn item for a full refund or to exchange any unworn item for another item from our current collection (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). Customers will be responsible for any difference in price plus any applicable sales tax where exchanged item is more expensive than returning item. All items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received. All returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt of purchase and a completed Return Merchandise Authorization form. Refunds and/or exchanges under this policy MUST be postmarked within 45 calendar days from the date of order. Any packages not meeting this requirement will be refused and returned to the sender. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing, plus any shipping time, from the time the jewelry is received at the Guy & Eva warehouse. Exchanges under this policy are subject to a $5 processing fee per unique return shipping address, made payable to Guy & Eva. Exchanges will not be processed until this fee has been paid.

Lifetime Repair/Replacement Policy - Manufacturer's Defect

Guy & Eva will repair or replace (with the same item) any item returned due to manufacturer's defect, for the life of the piece. Normal wear and tear or accidental breakage is not covered under this policy (please refer to the policy below for normal wear and tear or accidental breakage). For any item that cannot be repaired and is no longer carried in stock by Guy & Eva, the customer may select a piece of equal or greater value from the current line. Customers are responsible to pay any difference in price plus any applicable sales tax. Refunds will not be offered should a piece of lesser value be desired. All repairs/exchanges MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt of purchase, a completed Return Merchandise Authorization form, along with the original piece(s) in the original packaging. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing, plus any shipping time, from the time the jewelry is received at the Guy & Eva warehouse.

Normal Wear and Tear or Accidental Breakage Policy

Customers with items damaged due to normal wear and tear or accidental breakage can have them replaced with the same items only (as long as the items are still in stock) for 50% of the retail value of the item, plus any applicable tax and shipping. All replacements under this policy MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt of purchase, a completed Return Merchandise Authorization form, along with the original piece(s) in the original packaging. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing, plus any shipping time, from the time the jewelry is received at the Guy & Eva warehouse.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Quality Promise is not valid for jewelry sold directly to customers outside of Guy & Eva (Cash and Carry).


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form Instructions

To make a return or exchange:

1. Obtain an RMA number by calling 888-502-3336 during regular PST business hours
2. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form (requires Acrobat Reader)
3. Return completed RMA form, original invoice, jewelry and original packaging to:
