We want your Guy and Eva experience to be the absolute best and we back that statement with an outstanding guarantee. While we constantly strive for perfection, please understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Rest assured, should that situation arise, we will make it right.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Returns
If for any reason you decide against your purchase from Guy and Eva 30 days from the date of purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund. Returned jewelry must be unworn and be accompanied by your original receipt of purchase, with the return form on the reverse side completed.
Lifetime Exchanges
If at ANY time after your purchase of jewelry from Guy and Eva, you discover a manufacturer’s defect with the design, we will repair the piece and return it to you or exchange it for the exact same piece. Should we no longer carry that exact piece in our line, you will be allowed to select a piece of equal or greater value (the difference in price plus tax will be charged to you). All repair/exchanges must be accompanied by your original receipt of purchase, with the return form on the reverse side completed, along with a check for $5 made payable to Guy and Eva.
In the event you would like to take advantage of either of our guarantees, please contact your local Advisor before returning your jewelry. Your Advisor will be able to assist you with all of the proper procedures and provide you with the first line of customer service. If you are not able to locate your Advisor, please contact the Guy and Eva corporate offices for further instructions. Please always make a copy of your receipt when submitting the original with your return or exchange. All shipping and handling is non-refundable.
